Location: Logistics Facility Shift: 2nd Shift Schedule: SundayFriday Hours: 5:00 AM 5:30 PM Pay Rate: $22.50/hour

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Parcel Associate to support parcel and dock operations for a logistics company that helps brands move and manage products efficiently. This role plays a key part in ensuring parcels are processed, staged, and shipped accurately and on time. Immediate availability is required.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Monitor the full parcel lifecycle, including label creation, sortation, staging, and dock loading
• Perform regular Gaylord audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and outbound readiness
• Oversee dock operations to ensure parcels are scanned, staged, and loaded on schedule
• Track and report parcel performance and dock metrics to leadership, identifying risks and solutions
• Troubleshoot workflow or equipment issues in coordination with maintenance or support teams
• Enforce and model company and site-specific safety policies
• Assist with additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience (parcel sortation, dock, or fulfillment preferred)
• Ability to start immediately
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs
• Strong organizational, communication, and accountability skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
