IntelliSource is thrilled to invite applications for an Onboarding Specialist position. We are looking for a confident self-starter who is meticulous, possesses exceptional communication skills, and shows dedication throughout the onboarding experience.

This position requires availability on Thursday, Friday, and Monday, totaling 20 to 30 hours per week. The role is fully on-site at our location on USA Parkway.

Key Responsibilities of the Onboarding Specialist:

• Create and send orientation invitations.
• Set up technical logistics for online meetings.
• Organize and analyze Excel spreadsheets and data.
• Respond to inquiries from new hires regarding orientations and locations.
