Independent Freight Dispatcher - $1,800 to $4,500+ Weekly Potential

This role is a performance-based dispatch opportunity for owner-operators working under their own authority. Income is commission-based, and earnings are tied to your efficiency, negotiation abilities, and the volume of carriers you manage.

Your Responsibilities

• Book loads via broker networks and load boards.

• Negotiate competitive rates to maximize profits.

• Handle the coordination of pickups, deliveries, tracking, and necessary paperwork.

• Maintain professional communication with both drivers and brokers.

• Independently manage your own workflow effectively.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in the U.S.

• Access to a laptop or desktop computer.

• High-speed internet connection is required.

• A professional phone and headset.

• Must be organized, dependable, and self-motivated.

Experience in dispatching, brokerage, customer service, or similar roles is a plus but not mandatory.
