About the Role
We're hiring a Production Associate to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on operating equipment, supporting production lines, maintaining quality standards, and keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized. Ideal for someone reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working in an industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and assist with manufacturing processes
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Follow safety procedures and production standards at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support other departments or tasks as needed based on production demand
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, moving materials)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, noisy, industrial environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
- Steady, full-time hours
