Production-Certified Feeder. Location: Sparks, 89431 Pay Rate: $19.20/hr $1/hr Attendance Bonus. JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE: This position requires a team-oriented individual who can shape, handle or move the product while maintaining the speed of the production line in the bakery. They must adhere to company specifications, policies and procedures and government requirements and ensure the highest attainable level of product and personal safety. Potential candidates for this position must possess a very good level of physical abilities, stamina and becapable of completing specialized training. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:Retrieve dough from fermentation room for pre-proofed product or mixing room for unproofed product. Feed dough to the Rheon line in a constant and continuous flow and density. Put dough on to the Action Roller. Supply flour to the Floor Sifter. Supply fat to the Fat Pump. Retrieve dough trimming from Action Roller.
