REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:Retrieve dough from fermentation room for pre-proofed product or mixing room for unproofed product. Feed dough to the Rheon line in a constant and continuous flow and density. Put dough on to the Action Roller. Supply flour to the Floor Sifter. Supply fat to the Fat Pump. Retrieve dough trimming from Action Roller.
