divh2Harley-Davidson Parts To Service / Shipping Receiving Associate/h2pThis position is responsible for the fast, accurate flow of parts from receiving to inventory to technicians. The role directly impacts technician efficiency, service revenue, and customer satisfaction. Accuracy, urgency, and accountability are required every day./ppKey responsibilities include:/pulliPull, stage, and deliver parts to technicians accurately and on time/liliVerify parts against repair orders before release to Service/liliCommunicate immediately with Parts and Service Advisors on shortages or backorders/liliReturn unused or incorrect parts same day/liliReceive and inspect all inbound shipments from Harley-Davidson and approved vendors/liliPost all received inventory in the DMS same day/liliProperly label, bin, and stock parts according to dealership standards/liliProcess returns, warranty cores, and outbound freight accurately and on schedule/liliMaintain clean, organized receiving and service staging areas/liliAssist with cycle counts and physical inventories/liliReport inventory discrepancies or shipping damage immediately/li/ulpPerformance expectations include:/pulliZero preventable technician downtime due to parts flow/liliSame day receiving and posting compliance/liliHigh parts-to-service accuracy rate/liliInventory and bin accuracy/liliLow freight and return error rate/li/ulpQualifications include:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliDealership, powersports, or warehouse experience preferred/liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet throughout the workday/liliStrong attention to detail and sense of urgency/liliBasic computer and DMS experience preferred/liliDependable, organized, and process-driven/li/ulpWhat success looks like:/pulliTechnicians are never waiting on parts/liliShipments are received, posted, and stocked the day they arrive/liliInventory is accurate, clean, and audit-ready/liliParts and Service leadership trust the operation completely/li/ul/div
