Job Title: Wood Production Worker
Pay: $15.15/hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Join a reputable manufacturer specializing in high-quality acoustic wood panels and custom wood products in Springfield, Oregon, as a Wood Production Worker, and make an impact every day. As a Wood Production Worker, you'll be essential in ensuring the efficient processing and production of premium wood products. You'll work closely with the production team to maintain smooth operations, support quality standards, and contribute to a positive workflow experience.
What You'll Do:
As a Wood Production Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Processing wood panels by hand to ensure high-quality output, paying close attention to detail.
- Hand sanding wood surfaces to achieve a smooth, finished appearance.
- Assembling components by installing hardware, using both power and hand tools.
- Offloading materials by hand to keep the production line moving efficiently.
- Racking and unracking stained wood panels with speed and accuracy.
- Moving racks through the facility on rollers to various workstations seamlessly.
- Stacking wood on pallets to facilitate organized shipping and handling.
- Packaging and securely paper wrapping finished wood panels to prepare them for delivery.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- The ability to stand for the entire shift, demonstrating stamina and focus.
- Physical capability to bend, twist, stoop, and kneel as required for various tasks.
- The strength and endurance to lift between 30-50 lbs regularly.
- Attention to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
