JOB SUMMARY

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Specialist where you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will resolve customer inquiries, comments, and concerns through confident and engaging interactions, ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interact with customers confidently, addressing the full range of inquiries as assigned.

  • Aim to resolve customer concerns in a single interaction, whether by phone, in writing, or face-to-face.

  • Address a diverse array of customer issues with equal confidence and professionalism.

  • Work independently to manage customer inquiries, utilizing knowledge resources effectively.

  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge while continuously enhancing your skills in listening, analysis, and problem-solving.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed internal goals related to adherence, efficiency, and response times.

  • Resolve both standard and non-routine inquiries with minimal escalation, adhering to company policies.

  • Take on additional duties as needed to support team goals.

EDUCATION

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment

SKILLS

  • Utilize in-depth product knowledge gained from ongoing work experiences.

  • Exhibit exceptional listening skills in every customer interaction.

  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks while ensuring every customer feels prioritized.

  • Skillfully ask probing questions to facilitate issue resolution and offer tailored recommendations.

  • Dynamically learn new competencies through training and on-the-job experiences.

  • Effectively de-escalate challenging situations while providing accurate information in line with company procedures.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Position Type: Office-based

Physical Work Site Required: No

Travel Requirement: 0% - 25%

You will have access to confidential information that must be protected at all times, and adherence to HIPAA and company policies is required.

Pay Range: Minimum: $19.27, Maximum: $27.42
