Your Role:

As a Server at Applebee's, you will be the first and last impression our guests have. We're looking for someone who is not just friendly but can also:

• Make personalized recommendations
• Anticipate guest needs
• Work hard while enjoying a positive atmosphere

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Commitment to making a positive impact on the dining experience

Health and Safety:

Your health, safety, and well-being are our top priorities. As part of your role, you will be required to:

• Maintain mobility for long periods, up to four hours
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift items up to 25 pounds
• Transport plates and glasses consistently throughout your shift
• Wear protective hand coverings and face masks as needed
• Use disinfectant cleaning supplies during your shift
• Practice handwashing routinely with disinfecting soap
