We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role is essential in providing an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Warmly greet guests and provide exceptional service.
  • Thoroughly clean guest rooms within set timeframes, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
  • Change bed linens and replenish towels and amenities to enhance guest comfort.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures and maintain the overall cleanliness of spaces.
  • Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in guest rooms to management promptly.
  • Follow lost and found procedures for items left in rooms.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and use provided protective equipment while following MSDS and OSHA standards.
  • Assist with lobby attendant duties and other tasks during peak times or staff shortages.
  • Contribute to improving guest satisfaction scores and ensure guests enjoy a pleasant experience.
  • Take on additional tasks as directed by management to support the team.

Your Qualifications:

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior housekeeping experience or equivalent training is necessary.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
