Surveillance Agent

The Surveillance Agent is responsible for protecting the companys money, property, assets, and reputation through video surveillance.

Minimum/Preferred Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
• Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
• Three or more years experience in surveillance required.
• Proficient in typing and operating computers.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Observe the activities of guests and employees in all gaming and money handling areas.
• Investigate and save video of all liability issues that involve employees and guests.
• Report and offer solutions to any area of vulnerability to loss from internal or external sources.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS), company policy, and other department procedures.
• Verify certain jackpot and payoff amounts as required.
• Report verbally and in writing any violations of NRS, company policy, other department procedures, or any safety considerations to the appropriate authority.
