Our Distribution Centers are continuously seeking full-time associates for various roles across day, night, and weekend shifts, offering the flexibility of four 10-hour weekday shifts or three 12-hour weekend shifts.

Your Role
As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at PetSmart, you will be a key member of our supply chain leadership team, contributing to various business units such as order fill, replenishment, shipping, or receiving. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of up to 30 associates within a performance-driven culture
• Guiding and coaching your team to maintain a safe, secure, and efficient operation
• Overseeing one or more functions within the distribution center
• Managing daily planning, organizing, and operations effectively
• Balancing workloads to meet production and delivery goals
• Communicating daily objectives, recognitions, and priority areas
• Skillfully leading teams in a dynamic environment
• Coaching your team to adhere to policies and safety standards
• Participating in the effective talent management process, including interviewing and selecting candidates
• Communicating organizational goals to management
• Utilizing software and data analytics to optimize operations and improve production metrics

Qualifications We Seek

• A passion for pets and people, with a desire for career growth
• 2-4 years of leadership experience in a distribution or warehouse setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow instructions—both verbal and written
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking, typically for 10-12 hours
• Willingness to operate powered industrial equipment after receiving proper training
• Able to work in varying temperatures and noise levels
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly
