Your Day at Lowe's
You will be responsible for keeping shelves fully stocked and backrooms orderly by unloading freight, moving products to the sales floor, and maintaining a clean workspace. Additionally, you'll assist customers as needed in locating or loading products. Most shifts are physically demanding, and scheduling can vary based on store needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and providing support during their projects.
Stock merchandise efficiently by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and managing pallets effectively.
Support overall store operations by verifying deliveries and utilizing equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to proper procedures related to hazardous materials and equipment use.
Operate various store equipment, including scanners and tools, as required.
Collaborate with team members to complete other assigned tasks.
Additional Responsibilities for Pro Fulfillment Stores Include:
Using the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders.
Loading delivery orders while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safe loading practices.
Rotating orders by delivery date and addressing customer order issues.
Proactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
Execute best practices for Delivery Readiness.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in lieu of education requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
3 months of experience operating forklift or power equipment such as lifts and order pickers.
6 months of experience in a warehouse setting performing inventory handling and stocking duties.

Travel Requirements
This role typically does not require regular travel; however, occasional travel may be necessary for meetings, training sessions, or to support nearby locations.
Working Conditions
Depending on the location, working conditions can vary. You might work in indoor and outdoor environments, potentially experiencing extreme weather conditions. You may also encounter varying noise levels and moving equipment.
Lifting methods will vary based on the role, weight, and volume. Associates should follow guidelines to limit single lifts to 75 pounds, using team lifts for heavier loads and powered equipment when necessary.
