We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Clerk to efficiently manage the bi-weekly payroll processing for both union and non-union employees. This role involves entering, verifying, and auditing employee time records and payroll adjustments, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and collective bargaining agreements. The Payroll Clerk will assist in the administration of Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS) reporting and reconciliations, as well as process payroll actions related to new hires, terminations, promotions, and reclassifications.

This role involves working in an environment that handles payroll for approximately 300 employees, half of whom are union members. The payroll period runs biweekly, from Sunday to Wednesday, utilizing enterprise ERP systems such as Tyler Technologies Munis. The dress code is professional business attire, reflecting the collaborative and detail-oriented nature of the work.

Pay and Benefits
