Job Details

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, drivers, and employees by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location; Control entry and exit at gates and/or lobby points by verifying identification, checking credentials, and maintaining visitor and vehicle logs in accordance with post orders; Screen trucks, trailers, and delivery personnel at designated checkpoints by following established inspection steps and directing traffic flow to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision; Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, dock approaches, and perimeter areas as assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by location
