Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to individuals at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.; Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity; assist with visitor direction, line management, and/or reporting suspicious behavior per site policy.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, requesting assistance, and completing required notifications.; Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate notable events to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
