Ross Stores - - - Responsibilities: Maintaining Safe & Secure Environment: Provide visible coordination and safety for Associates and Customers.; Maintain command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.; Monitor for potential safety issues and theft indicators and communicate with Leadership.; Collaborate with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortages.; Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and assist with operational processes to minimize shortage.
