Administrative Director – Behavioral Health Clinic & Physician Operations

Lead operational, financial, and quality performance across assigned departments while partnering closely with physician and executive leadership. This role drives strategic initiatives, optimizes service lines, enhances patient experience, and ensures strong clinical and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of physician practice and/or hospital operations, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of direct clinic/practice management experience
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare
• Bachelor's degree required (MHA or MBA preferred)
