Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail store environment; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting store staff with de-escalation and customer concerns; Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floor areas, stock areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity; Monitor for unusual activity such as shoplifting indicators, disorderly conduct, and unauthorized access, and report observations according to site procedures; Complete required reports and communicate with Allied Universal leadership and store management regarding incidents, policy concerns, and follow-up needs
