Warehouse Operations E-commerce Pick, Pack, Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse Operations team as a Marketplace E-commerce Pick, Pack, Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and efficient order processing for our online marketplaces, contributing to a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Picking:

• Accurately pick products from designated locations within the warehouse based on order requirements.
• Utilize order picking technologies and equipment to optimize efficiency.

Packing and Quality Control:

• Carefully and efficiently pack orders according to established guidelines and standards.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all items are in proper condition and meet customer expectations.

Fulfillment Operations:

• Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining an orderly and efficient warehouse space.

Inventory Management:

• Work closely with the inventory team to track and report inventory levels.
• Communicate any discrepancies or issues related to inventory to the appropriate personnel.

Shipping and Documentation:

• Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and packaging materials for outgoing orders.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
• Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status, inventory levels, and any potential issues.
