Delivery Customer Service

RC Willey is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented person to provide excellent customer service for our Delivery Department and ensure smooth transactions. In this fast-paced role, you'll receives and responds to a wide variety of customer calls, including questions, concerns, delivery, sales, and service issues. We're looking for team-focused individuals who are committed to accuracy, efficiency, and upholding RC Willey's high standards of service and professionalism.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receives and responds to a wide variety of customer calls, including questions, concerns, delivery, sales, and service issues.
2. Provide phone assistance to delivery, customer service and store departments.
3. Follow-up with customer issues and service request in a timely and professional manner.
4. All other duties to be assigned.

2. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
3. Good working knowledge of R.C. Willey customer service policies and procedures
4. Ability to show initiative and handle difficult situations with customers and customer complaints
5. Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow-through with assigned tasks.
6. Must be dependable and self-motivated.
