Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, provide product recommendations, and manage account inquiries using top-of-the-line technology.

• Become a product and solutions expert! We will fully equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions swiftly and confidently.

• Establish business relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates!
