DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sparks, Nevada. This role combines front office responsibilities with providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As a Contract to permanent position, this opportunity offers the potential for long-term growth within the organization in an industrial environment.Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers at the front desk, addressing inquiries and providing information.- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring prompt and attentive communication.- Process payments accurately and efficiently, maintaining detailed records.- Manage paperwork and documentation with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.- Resolve customer concerns, including handling disputes and addressing challenging situations.- Coordinate the release of vehicles from the tow yard, ensuring proper procedures are followed.- Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, order entry, and data management.- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.- Deliver excellent customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients.Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively.- Proficiency in order entry and basic computer applications.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.- Experience in managing payments and financial transactions.- Ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach and adapt to a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with clerical and receptionist duties is preferred.
