As an Employment Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting local businesses by recruiting top talent, filling job orders quickly, and building strong relationships with both clients and associates. This role blends recruiting, inside sales, customer service, and problem‑solving—perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and making an impact.

What You'll Do -

Recruiting & Talent Management

• Source, interview, and onboard qualified associates across a variety of skill sets.
• Conduct a minimum of 25 interviews and 60 recruiting calls weekly to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate client interviews, confirm assignments, and ensure associates have a positive experience at every step.

Client Service & Inside Sales

• Fill 100% of qualified job orders with urgency and accuracy.
• Make weekly outreach calls, including a minimum of 60 decision‑maker calls, to nurture prospective and existing clients.
• Turn every interaction—employment verifications, inbound calls, service follow‑ups—into a relationship-building opportunity.

Team Collaboration & Compliance

• Communicate daily with internal team members to ensure seamless coordination between recruiting and sales.
• Accurately document all activity in our applicant tracking system.
• Stay informed on labor laws and follow all Express and federal/state guidelines.

What You Bring

• Strong phone presence, interpersonal communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to stay organized, work with urgency, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfort making high‑volume outbound calls and engaging in consultative conversations
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is a plus—but a passion for helping people succeed is most important!
