We're Hiring! Sales Representative – Northern California (Collegiate & Destination Divisions)

Unrivaled Teamwear's family of brands—including Champion, Under Armour, Gear for Sport, and Comfort Wash—is expanding. We're seeking a motivated, relationship‑focusedSales Representative to join our team and support both our College and Destination Sales divisions throughout Northern California.

As an independent sales representative, you'll serve as the face of our premier brands—cultivating strong account partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and showcasing a product portfolio recognized for its exceptional quality, creativity, and service.

What You'll Do

• Represent Unrivaled Teamwear across the Northern California & Reno, Nevada territory
• Grow and support accounts within both the College Bookstore and Destination/Resort markets
• Present new collections, manage seasonal assortments, and drive sell‑through
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Provide exceptional service and communication to our partners

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience (apparel, collegiate, or resort markets a plus)
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to travel within the territory
• A passion for bringing great products to great customers
