Job Description - MixerWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Mixer to join our production team. This role is essential to our daily operations and requires someone experienced in mixing dough, preparing fillings, and/or working in a cooking or food production environment. The ideal candidate willdemonstrate strong attention to detail, consistency, and excellent attendance.Key ResponsibilitiesMix dough according to established formulas and production requirementsPrepare fillings and ingredients with accuracy and consistencyFollow proper food handling and safety standards at all timesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWork closely with team members to support smooth production flowAdapt to changing start times as needed to support team coverageRequirementsExperience in dough mixing, filling preparation, or general cooking/food productionExcellent attendance and reliabilityAbility to work flexible start and end timesWillingness to begin shifts at 1:00 AM when covering for teammatesAbility to work in a fast paced production environmentTraining & ScheduleMonday-Friday, 1:00 AM to 9:30 AMAfter successful training: 5:00 AM start time, 8 hour shifts, Monday-FridayFlexibility is required; early start coverage may be neededCompensationStarting rate: $19.20/hourDifferential: +$1.00/hourAttendance bonus: +$1.00/hour for perfect daily attendanceWith attendance bonus + differential- $ 21.20 an hourPay increase provided upon successful completion of training.**Pay Details:** $19.20 to $20.20 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
