Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

$50,000–$60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Incentives

The ideal candidate can crush it on the phone making outbound cold calls. They thrive in a team atmosphere in a high-performance work environment.

Our ISR's are full of energy and confidence, which gets them past gatekeepers and consistently into conversations with key decision makers and executives. They understand that success comes from disciplined activity and consistent execution.

You will spend 6–7 hours per day on outbound calls with the primary objective of booking qualified First-Time Appointments (FTAs) with business decision makers.

Our ISR's hone their skills through daily training and coaching. We ask that you bring two things to work every day: your energy and your A-game. We promise to help you develop the skills necessary to win.

You will know you are winning as you hit clearly defined targets and consistently book qualified appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Apex Computing's Managed IT Services
  • Book qualified First-Time Appointments (FTAs) with decision makers
  • Make outbound calls 6–7 hours daily
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant outbound sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Comfortable handling rejection and pushing past gatekeepers
  • High energy and competitive mindset
