The Grand Sierra Resort Hotel Operations Department is seeking a talented and qualified individual to serve as a Bell Person. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service. Team Member is responsible for handling and delivering guests luggage. Team Member must exhibit courteous hospitality at all times and fully own each guest issue. When in communication with the guest, the Team Member must be proactive in every area, including offering additional services. Strives to continually improve guest satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. If outside assisting guests, assist them with opening/closing vehicle doors. Welcome guests and visitors with appropriate greetings of the day.
