Elwood Staffing - - Responsibilities: Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and/or aluminum components to meet detailed prints, tolerances, and quality standards; Set up TIG welding equipment, select proper fillers and settings, and inspect finished welds for accuracy, appearance, and structural integrity; Fabricate, assemble, and repair stainless steel and other metal equipment used in cheese production and packaging; Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication and installation; Modify and repair machinery, conveyors, tanks, and other plant equipment to meet production needs
