Twin Peaks - - Responsibilities: Direct the work of other store employees to create and maintain a profitable store environment with best-in-class service; Manage costs and initiate local store marketing and recruiting efforts; Ensure policies are followed, including employment and incident documentation; Coach, counsel, and develop team members, including kitchen staff and Twin Peaks Girls; Maintain training schedules and ensure Steps of Service and PEAKS service standards are followed
