Twin Peaks - - Responsibilities: Effectively teach, motivate, coach and discipline staff, the HOH, and Twin Peaks Girls.; Proactively recruit as needed and manage staffing and training programs.; Drive sales by collaborating with General Manager and HOH team to execute excellent operations.; Maintain organized training schedules and materials for new employees; oversee training and development.; Maintain inventory control and manage cost controls (PNL/COGs/Bar, Food and Labor).
