Job Title: Administrative worker (General Clerical)

Duration: 2 Months

Payrate:- $18/hr. on w2 without benefits.

Locations: Reno, NV

Shift: M - F 1st shift

Interviews: In-person

Required: BG and DT required

Job Description:

• Provide general clerical support, including compiling, organizing, and distributing information.
• Perform data entry, verify data for accuracy and completeness, maintain and update information using specialized software.
• Proofread documents for spelling, punctuation, completeness, and accuracy.
• Collect, verify, and enter data into applicable systems.
• Prepare general correspondence, reports, and other written materials.
• Maintain confidentiality of department communications, data, and information.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines.
• Respond to voter inquiries professionally and by delivering high-quality customer service.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Establish and maintain effective, positive working relationships with staff and stakeholders.

• Clerical or administrative experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, squat, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work in an indoor environment with exposure to noise.
• Ability to work in a professional office setting.
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, during election preparation and operations.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, copiers, and telephones.
