Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6 AM - 2:30 PM
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

We are now hiring Packers for a warehouse in Reno, NV! This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Packer is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and labeling orders for shipment. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures to ensure all products are packaged correctly and safely for delivery.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Pack products according to order requirements and company standards
Verify product accuracy against packing slips before sealing orders
Label boxes and prepare them for shipping in a timely manner
Use RF scanners to track and confirm packed items
Repack or re-label damaged or returned items as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized packing area
Follow safety policies and procedures at all times
Assist in other warehouse departments as needed (cross-training provided)

Job Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for long periods (up to 8 hours)
Ability to lift and carry 10-40 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
Ability to push/pull objects up to 40 lbs safely
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment (hot/cold conditions)
Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
