About You

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries and ensure that any questions or issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
• Schedule appointments between customers and our design consultants.
• Confirm scheduled appointments.
• Respond to email correspondence from customers and internal team members
• Stay up to date with all company procedures/ protocol pertaining to the call center

Experience & Skills:

• Customer service/phone presence.
• Ability to type at least 50 WPM.
• Bilingual - English & Spanish
• Problem-solving mentality with ability to remain both calm and positive under pressure.
• Committed to upholding SP team values: Teamwork, Accountability, Positivity, Continuous Improvement, and Integrity.

This position is an entry-level, full-time role that offers compensation of $16.50/hour with bonuses (~$18-$19). We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States; however, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
