Answer incoming calls with a friendly, professional and pleasant disposition
Be knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance
Assist in general office duties that include mail service, sorting and opening mail to deliver to appropriate individual/department, updating phone lists and assisting other office positions as needed
Create daily online schedules
Assist associates in making signs
Order supplies and keep stocked at all times, while also tracking expense categories and receipts
Build University Prep folders, and finalize flights and travel schedules
Write sales training plans, and build sales binders
Assist with entering Paid Time Off (PTO), assisting associates with managing PTO, timekeeping and schedule-writing support
Assist in various projects for members of the Leadership team as needed
Various data entry tasks for sales leader team
Backup for Special Orders

Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Demonstrate multitasking, organization, attention to detail, and problem solving skills
Experience in Google programs, such as Drive, Chrome, Docs, and Sheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to complete basic mathematical equations

Education & Experience: Ideal candidates will have Associates Degree (AA/AS) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
