Five Below - 205 East Los Altos Parkway - Responsibilities: Trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience to ensure fast, friendly checkout; Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and customer service; Manages opening and closing procedures including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms; Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures; Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service
