SONIC Drive-In - 1220 North McCarran Boulevard - Responsibilities: Manage, train, monitor and coach Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops to meet operational standards; Direct and assign drive-in restaurant employees to ensure all aspects of food service meet standards; Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties and monitor staffing levels, inventory, and food cost control; Complete weekly inventory and maintain records and documentation; Reinforce customer service focus and respond to guest requests promptly
