Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor access points, check identification and/or credentials as required, and assist with controlled entry procedures in accordance with post orders.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and/or public agency partners as needed.; Document patrols, observations, and incidents through written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal site leadership.
