Job Title

Join our dynamic team as a DC Route Driver! In this role, you will operate a Class 8 tractor-trailer, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient deliveries to store locations as part of our dedicated company fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a commercial Class 8 tractor-trailer to complete route deliveries in adherence to DOT and company regulations.
• Utilize electric pallet jacks and lift gates to effectively load, unload, and deliver merchandise to designated store locations.
• Follow assigned routes, stops, and schedules to achieve timely deliveries while maximizing efficiency.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate Hours of Service (HOS) logs, and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Secure loads, vehicle doors, and alarms before and after each delivery. Accurately verify deliveries and manage any returned merchandise.
• Provide support on various delivery routes as needed to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, logbook requirements, and vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and have a valid DOT physical status.
• Pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests.
• Possess a current Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• Able to work flexible hours as required.
