Chewy - 8001 North Virginia Street - Responsibilities: Perform Maintenance and Repairs: Carry out maintenance, repair, housekeeping, plumbing, metal fabrication, and carpentry to support the high-speed operations of our fulfillment center.; Ensure Equipment Functionality: Monitor and ensure that all fulfillment center equipment is running efficiently and that the work environment remains safe for all Team Members.; Implement Maintenance Tasks: Complete scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance tasks throughout the facility efficiently and effectively.; Inspect Systems: Conduct daily inspections of conveyor systems, shipping, and packing equipment areas to identify and address potential issues.; Apply CMMS: Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to supervise labor utilization and handle parts inventory.
