Training Schedule: 1am - 9:30am
Reg. Schedule: Mon- Fri. 5a- 8hours days
Pay: $20.20 + $1 attendance bonus
Job summary
The mixer is responsible for accurately and efficiently producing artisan frozen dough, batters, fillings, and icings according to proprietary formulas and quality standards. This role is critical to maintaining product consistency and supporting high-volume, freezer-to-oven production for the company's bakery and food service clients.
