Required Qualifications (Must Haves)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Flexibility to support a 3-shift operation as needed

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with HRIS implementation or administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This role partners closely with employees and leaders to ensure effective HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and background checks
  • Support employee orientation and training initiatives
  • Administer HR programs such as benefits, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements
  • Support employee relations activities including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Assist with development and implementation of HR policies and best practices
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications
  • Support special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and audits
  • Proactively drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention

Work Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Orientation occurs during first week on 1st shift
  • Requires flexibility outside standard hours to support multi-shift operations

Compensation:

$18/hr to $24/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
