Material Packer

Job Summary
The Material Packer is responsible for inspecting product quality, maintaining accurate counts, and packing finished materials according to customer and quality standards. This role supports line operators and helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect products for quality and report non-conforming material
• Accurately count, pack, and label product per customer requirements
• Maintain accurate production and waste records
• Follow all Quality Assurance and Standard Operating Procedures
• Operate all packer stations, including box making, pallet stacking, mailer packing, and utility support
• Assist line operators with setup, startups, and wash-ups
• Perform housekeeping and rework assignments as needed
• Follow all safety rules and company policies
• Work overtime as required

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work overtime

• Manufacturing facility with heat, humidity, noise, and moving equipment
• PPE required
