Are you passionate about helping people take control of their health? As a Dietary Educator (Registered Dietitian), you'll play a meaningful role in guiding patients and members toward healthier lives through education, support, and connection.

In this role, you're more than an educator—you're a trusted partner, motivator, and subject matter expert who helps individuals navigate their health journey with confidence. From one-on-one consultations to group classes (and even hands-on cooking experiences), your work will directly impact lives across our community.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver engaging 1:1 consultations and group education that empower individuals to better manage their health
  • Serve as the go-to expert for nutrition, chronic disease management, and wellness programs
  • Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated, high-quality care
  • Design and deliver education tailored to each individual's physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs
  • Lead classes, lectures, and (for select programs) interactive cooking demonstrations
  • Support program growth through community outreach, support groups, and educational events
  • Contribute to best practices and continuously enhance program effectiveness
  • Help ensure a seamless, positive experience for patients, members, and referring providers

What You Bring

  • Degree in Dietetics (Master's required for non-licensed candidates per 2024 guidelines)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Nevada Dietitian licensure and CDR certification upon hire
  • Passion for patient education, prevention, and chronic disease management
  • Strong communication skills—you can connect, motivate, and inspire diverse populations
  • Experience in clinical nutrition (2+ years preferred)
  • Transplant experience is highly valued, but not required
  • Bonus points for:
  • Diabetes Educator Certification
  • Cooking demonstration experience
  • Spanish language skills

Schedule & Details

  • Full-time position
  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Focus on education and care coordination (no direct patient care responsibilities
