Cleaning and Restoration Operational Manager

Voda Cleaning and Restoration is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operational Manager to oversee and drive the day-to-day operations of our Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in water restoration, carpet cleaning, and team management, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, as the manager will also need to step into the field to assist with carpet cleaning jobs when necessary, providing top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the carpet cleaning and water restoration departments, managing and scheduling teams, conducting quality control inspections, performing field work, training and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with regulations, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, working with upper management to set operational goals, assisting in developing new procedures, maintaining inventory, and overseeing reporting and documentation.

Qualifications include preferred certifications such as IICRC with specialties in WRT, CCT, AMRT, and OSHA 30 Certification, minimum of 3-5 years of experience in water restoration and carpet cleaning operations, proven experience in team management and leadership roles, strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, and proficiency in using project management/estimating software, CRM systems, and scheduling tools.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
