Summary

The Ambassador is responsible for welcoming guests to and/or from the hospital in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner. They are also responsible for screening guests according to policies and procedures. The Ambassador is also responsible for assisting guests with inquiries, directions, and initial questions regarding the facility or services.

Qualifications

Required:
• High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent experience
• One year of customer service experience
• If hired prior to 8/6/2023, must successfully complete Non-Violent Crisis intervention by 6/30/2024.
• If hired after 8/6/2023, must successfully complete Non-Violent Crisis intervention within six (6) months of hire or position entry.
• If hired prior to 7/22/2024, must successfully complete American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers by 9/30/2024.
• If hired after 7/22/2024, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers within two (2) months of hire or position entry.
