If you are a team player with an upbeat personality and a positive attitude, we want to hire you!This position is full-time onsite at our location in Reno.Job Description The Plumbing Dispatcher reports to the Internal Operations Manager and is responsible for assigning service calls to technicians, efficiently managing Service Tech schedules and routes each day. Additionally, this position will be responsible for accurately scheduling customer appointments, rescheduling appointments, and working closely with the CSRs.Daily Job Tasks Answer incoming phone calls from Technicians and CustomersCommunicate with customers in a friendly, professional mannerAccurately schedule appointments in the computer systemMaintain a constant, professional, line of communication with field employeesCollect correct information from customerUp sell products and servicesContact customers to move up/reschedule appointmentsStay calm and professional under sometimes high stress situationsProvide excellent external and internal customer serviceAll other duties assigned by managementWorking Conditions Work will be performed in an office setting. Occasional lifting of file boxes up to 30lbs.
