Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities for a government location.; Monitor visitor access, check identification and/or credentials, and direct employees, guests, and vendors according to site access protocols.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel.; Answer phones, assist with inquiries, maintain front desk logs and reports, and support security-related documentation for daily operations.; Observe activity in the lobby and entry areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report concerns according to post instructions.
