Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as required, and assist with visitor processing and directional support in accordance with site policies.; Support daily operations by communicating clearly with staff and/or guests, maintaining awareness of changing conditions, and following post orders for assigned areas and responsibilities.
