Senior Director of Human Resources
The Senior Director of Human Resources is responsible for developing and executing the HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes areas of talent acquisition, organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. The Sr. Director of HR provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors.
